What we're looking for...

Voor onze klant in West-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Lead.


Als Technical Lead binnen het structural team ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen van de technische krijtlijnen voor onze development teams. Je werkt voorstellen uit onder de vorm van PoCs en overlegt met de functionele analisten en developers om de applicaties voor te bereiden op de toekomst. Je team bestaat uit 5-8 personen zijnde FA, Teamlead, full stack developers en testers.

  • Je bent iemand die graag mee ondersteund (het team developers in dit geval)
  • Je hebt een passie voor coachen en om je kennis te delen
  • Je hebt de drive om een project naar je toe te trekken en tot een goed einde te brengen
  • Je bent communicatief en kan je feedback overtuigend en constructief formuleren naar je collega’s toe
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en kan je bovendien vlot uitdrukken in het Engels
  • Je bent iemand die doelgericht werkt en bent pragmatisch bij het nemen van beslissingen
  • Je hebt een positieve mindset

TECHNISCH PROFIEL

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in .Net development (C#, .Net, Visual Studio, EF, LINQ, NuGet,...)
  • Je hebt Front End kennis in angular 2+ (werken momenteel met Angular 9)
  • Je hebt kennis van algemene development practices (Design Principles, Design Patterns, Git, Unit Testing,...)
  • Je hebt kennis van Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) bij voorkeur op basis van Azure DevOps
  • Je hebt kennis van concepten als Microservices, Containers, Service Bus en Events
  • Je hebt ervaring met Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server en Azure Cloud
